Established in 1991, Pantanal Ecoexplorer is a small locally-owned and operated nature tour company based in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brazil. The family run business of Carlos and Debora Grandez, we offer a variety of wildlife viewing tours for small groups throughout the Pantanal. Most expeditions take you to remote destinations, far away from the crowds, and the majority of your time is spent in the wilderness enjoying all that nature has to offer.

Married for over 20 years, Carlos and Debora have lived in and traveled extensively throughout South America. Working as a team, Debora, from Minas Gerais-Brazil, and Carlos, a native of Peru, have led tours to some of the most remarkable corners of the continent, including the Amazon of Peru, Bolivia and Brazil, the Pampas in Bolivia, and the Iberá Wetlands of Argentina. The couple prides itself on top-notch service, attention to detail, and the flexibility to meet the needs of visitors from around the world.
